Technical Profiles

Since 2000, Parkland GEO has undertaken a wide range of geotechnical and environmental investigations on large linear works projects. These have included: pipelines, numerous water course crossings, regional water lines, urban roads and Provincial highway projects.

The varied and complex nature of these assessments have included geotechnical investigations, pavement designs, foundation design, traffic assessments, pavement management studies, failure investigations and construction testing/monitoring services for pavements, earthworks and transportation structures.

 

Our specific experiences include: roads, highways, bridges, overpasses, tunnels, culverts, high embankments, MSE walls, problem soils and landslides. Past project sites are located in Central Alberta, northwest Alberta and northeast British Columbia.
